In one of Kyiv’s districts, following a night-time Russian strike, the remains of an Iskander-M missile were found. It had landed right in the middle of residential high-rise buildings.
The State Emergency Service reported the dangerous discovery.
SES sappers removed the fragments and transported them for further disposal. To do so, rescuers used a heavy-duty pyrotechnic vehicle and a manipulator.
- On the night of 24 September, Russia continued to terrorise Kyiv: the capital was hit with missiles and drones. Two people were killed and another eight were injured. The consequences of the strike were recorded in the Dniprovskyi, Darnytskyi, Podilskyi and Solomianskyi districts.
