Over the past day, Kharkiv and 13 settlements in Kharkiv Region came under enemy strikes. As a result of Russian shelling, five people were killed and another 49 were injured.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
In Kharkiv, women aged 66 and 80 were killed. Another 42 people were injured, including three children.
In the settlement of Shevchenkove, a 74-year-old man was wounded, while two more women aged 69 and 72 suffered acute stress reactions.
In a field near the village of Skovorodynivka in the Zolochiv community, a 50-year-old man was killed. On the road between the villages of Dovzhyk and Myronivka in the Zolochiv community, a 66-year-old man was killed.
Near Ruska Lozova in the Derhachi community, a 44-year-old man was wounded. Three more people — a 42-year-old woman, a 17-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy — suffered acute stress reactions. In Ruska Lozova itself, a 75-year-old man was killed.
Russian troops attacked Kharkiv’s Slobidskyi, Nemishlyanskyi and Kyivskyi districts with guided aerial bombs and drones.
Over the day, the enemy used six guided aerial bombs, one Lancet-type UAV, two Molniya-type UAVs, 17 FPV drones and 100 drones of a type that is being identified.
In Kharkiv, 23 private houses, an educational institution, office buildings, seven cars and power lines were damaged.
In Bohodukhiv District, a medical facility, seven private houses, two cars in Zolochiv, a car in Dovzhyk, a tractor in Skovorodynivka and a private house in Kalynove were damaged.
In Kupiansk District, an apartment block, four private houses and power lines in Shevchenkove were damaged, as well as a private house in Petropillia.
In Izium District, a car in Barvinkove was damaged.
In Kharkiv District, a private house in Polova, 13 private houses in Slatyne, a car in Ruska Lozova and two cars in Derhachi were damaged.
In Chuhuiv District, a combine harvester in Kotivka was damaged.
Over the past day, the transit evacuation point in Lozova received 171 people.
