On 3 October, Russian occupying forces carried out an air strike on Sumy, using four guided aerial bombs.
This was reported by Serhii Kryvosheienko, head of the Sumy City Military Administration.
According to him, the strike hit the industrial zone of the Kovpakivskyi district. There were impacts at two locations.
“Buildings belonging to civilian businesses were hit. Preliminary reports indicate there are no casualties. Other circumstances are being clarified,” Kryvosheienko added.
- Russian forces also attacked the Sumy community overnight and in the morning of the same day with “Molniya”-type drones and FPV drones. Infrastructure facilities and residential areas came under attack.
