A medical navigation chatbot, the “Online Assistant of Kyiv City Health Department”, has been launched in Kyiv at the initiative of the Kyiv City State Administration’s Department of Health. The service helps residents and visitors to the capital find information about medical services and facilities.

Using the chatbot, users can find out where to go for the medical care they need, how to book a consultation or examination, and which healthcare facilities are operating in emergency mode.
The service provides information on:
- scheduled consultations and online appointments with doctors;
- diagnostic examinations;
- urgent duty rosters for healthcare facilities;
- hospitals, consultative and diagnostic centres and other municipal healthcare facilities by Kyiv district;
- city programmes in the field of healthcare;
- medical care for service personnel, veterans and their family members;
- mental health services and psychological support.
“The new service provides quick access to verified information, reduces the time spent searching for the necessary medical services, and makes residents’ interaction with the healthcare system more effective and comfortable,” said Tetiana Mostepan, Director of the Kyiv City State Administration’s Department of Health.
Alongside the launch of the chatbot, the Kyiv City State Administration’s Department of Health, together with healthcare facilities, updated and standardised links for electronic appointments with doctors and information about available digital services.
The Department says this should make it easier to find the right healthcare facility and move directly to booking a consultation or examination.
The “Online Assistant of Kyiv City Health Department” is available on Telegram.
- It was previously reported that from 1 October a new Medical Information Service began operating in Kyiv. Kyiv residents will be able to obtain information about healthcare facilities, as well as available services and the procedure for accessing them, in order to determine their next route independently.
- They will also be able to leave suggestions, thanks or complaints regarding the work of a healthcare facility.
