As a result of a combined strike on Kyiv overnight on 7 October, two people were killed in Ukraine’s capital. The victims’ bodies were found in a garage cooperative in the Darnytskyi district.
Two more people were rescued, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said. The aftermath has also been recorded in other parts of the city.
In the Obolonskyi district, there was a hit on the grounds of non-residential development. In Podilskyi, it struck warehouse premises, and there was also a fire and partial collapse of the floors of an office-and-warehouse building.
“In Shevchenkivskyi, there was a hit on the grounds of non-residential development,” the mayor reported.
- Overnight and in the morning, the enemy attacked Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv and Kyiv regions with missiles of various types. The attack lasted for many hours.
