On Saturday, 10 October, some regions of Ukraine will apply schedules limiting electricity consumption. This was reported by NPC Ukrenergo.
For industry and businesses, power limitation schedules will be in force throughout the day from 00:00 to 23:59.
For all categories of consumers, hourly outage schedules will be introduced from 06:00 to 23:59 in the amount of one to two stages.
The restrictions are due to the aftermath of Russian missile and drone attacks on energy facilities.
Ukrenergo stresses that the situation in the power system may change due to Russian strikes. Ukrainians are urged to follow updates from distribution system operators (regional power companies) in their areas.
Consumers are also asked to use electricity sparingly when power returns according to the schedule.
