Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence has already received more than 650 applications to register on the Unified Web Portal for Research into Enemy Equipment — the TrophyLab platform. This was reported by the ministry’s press service.

TrophyLab contains data on captured Russian weapons for engineers, scientists and defence technology manufacturers from Ukraine and partner countries. The database is being populated by units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces, the Defence Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate, the Security Service of Ukraine and specialised research institutions. Any registered researcher can submit a request to receive a sample or a fragment of one for independent study.

To apply for access to TrophyLab, applicants must go to trophylab.mod.gov.ua, fill in the form and submit a registration application. During registration, all applicants are checked to ensure they have no links to Russia, are not subject to Ukrainian or international sanctions, and meet other mandatory criteria.

If registration is successful, access is granted to a catalogue of the aggressor’s weapons samples and the results of their examination. Research findings can be reviewed online, or samples can be ordered for offline analysis.

Access to TrophyLab makes it possible to share information about Russian weapons more quickly and safely, helping to speed up the development of effective countermeasures for Ukraine’s Defence Forces, the Ministry of Defence explains.

It will be recalled that the launch of the TrophyLab platform became known in June 2026.
