Finland is securing €240 million in funding for Ukraine’s reconstruction.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said this after a meeting with Finland’s Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen, according to the Foreign Ministry’s website.
The agreement between the Finnish agency Finnvera and the European Commission opens up opportunities for businesses from Finland. Finnish companies will be able to contribute to Ukraine’s recovery in energy, digital infrastructure, logistics, the extraction and processing of critical raw materials, as well as in the defence sector and the field of dual-use goods, Sybiha explained.
During the talks, the ministers also paid particular attention to expanding projects under the Shelter Coalition.
