Russians carried out a second strike on Dnipro. This time, a critical infrastructure facility came under enemy fire.

This was reported by Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

"The enemy has again struck a critical infrastructure facility in Dnipro. A fire broke out. Preliminary reports indicate that no one was injured," he wrote.

  • After Russian shelling in the Dnipropetrovsk region, there were major disruptions to the power supply. On the morning of 30 October, emergency outages were introduced in Dnipro, in districts adjacent to the regional centre and in part of the Pavlohrad district. According to DTEK, the attacks caused serious damage to energy equipment.
  • Later, the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, said that power supply had been restored for most customers, but more than 200,000 consumers remained without electricity. Restoration work was ongoing.
