On the Huliaipole front, the Russian command is involving foreign mercenaries from African and Asian countries in assault operations.

This was reported by the 7th Air Assault Corps.

According to the corps, last week the Defence Forces killed and wounded around 900 enemy servicemen. That is almost 150 more than in the previous period and the highest figure in the past two months.

Due to heavy losses on forward positions, the Russian army is being forced to regroup forces, carry out rotations and replace units. In particular, according to available information, within Russia’s 5th Combined Arms Army, the 57th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade is being replaced by forces from the 60th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade. After replenishing its manpower, the enemy will attempt to restore the intensity of its assaults.

The main tactic of the Russian military remains infiltration by small infantry groups of between one and five people.

At the same time, Ukrainian units are recording participation in assaults not only by Russian citizens but also by foreigners. According to the 7th Air Assault Corps, the Russian command is recruiting mercenaries from African and Asian countries, promising them civilian work or safe contract service.

After they arrive in Russia or at their place of service, their documents and mobile phones are taken away, and later, once cut off from communication, they are sent to the line of contact by force.

Recently, on the Huliaipole front, the Defence Forces captured a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia. He was fighting as part of the 39th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces.
