On the evening of 30 October, Russians attacked the capital with drones. There were hits.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported this.

As of the morning of 31 October, according to Klitschko, the water supply and wastewater systems are operating normally.

"Energy workers and municipal services worked all night to deal with the emergency situation that arose after three strikes on one of the capital’s critical infrastructure facilities yesterday evening," he said.

According to updated information, three strikes on one of the critical infrastructure sites have been confirmed.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, glazing was damaged in a 14-storey residential building on the 6th and 7th floors. There is no fire.

Due to a power outage caused by the enemy strike on several critical infrastructure facilities, water pressure in Kyiv’s water supply system has dropped and there are currently disruptions to the system’s operation.

Energy workers are working to restore power, the mayor said.
