Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with jet-powered strike drones of the "Geran-3" type. Five people were injured in the shelling.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
In the Osnovianskyi district, the attack took place on 31 October at around 00:35. Private homes, outbuildings and a car were damaged. Two women were injured, and three men were diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
In the Nemyshlianskyi district on the night of 31 October, a Russian drone hit a civilian enterprise. There were no casualties.
Also, on the evening of 30 October in the Slobidskyi district, as a result of a strike on a production and warehouse building belonging to a private company, a fire broke out. According to the prosecutor’s office, there were no casualties.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations have been launched into alleged war crimes under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
