The Russian army carried out a double strike on Kharkiv with "Banderol" missiles. Hits were recorded in two districts of the city.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this on Telegram.
According to him, one strike hit the Nemishlyanskyi district, and the other hit the Kyivskyi district.
