Energy workers are working around the clock to restore equipment damaged by Russia. The consequences of previous strikes have not yet been fully dealt with, and the power system has already come under new attacks.

This was reported by Ukrenergo and posted by DTEK.

“Yesterday the enemy delivered painful strikes against the energy sector across the country, including in Kyiv. In the capital, a CHP plant once again came under attack. These attacks overlapped with damage from previous shelling, so the situation in the power system has become even more difficult,” DTEK said.

Energy workers are constantly repairing damaged equipment. Work continues without interruption whenever the security situation allows.

“We understand that the schedules are very tight. Energy workers are doing everything possible so that even in such a difficult situation the system can be kept within the schedules and emergency outages can be avoided,” they noted.

All those involved are jointly coordinating their actions to deal with the consequences of the enemy attacks. All efforts are focused on restoring the damaged equipment as quickly as possible and improving the electricity supply situation.
