On 31 October, a resident was injured in the village of Stanislav in the Kherson region after an unknown explosive device detonated.
The Kherson Regional Military Administration reported this.
The man came across the dangerous object in the yard of his home. As a result of the explosion, he sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to the chest, face, arm and leg.
“After receiving medical assistance, the injured man was prescribed outpatient treatment,” the administration added.
