On the night of 1 November, the Vinnytsia region endured another massive attack by Russian forces. Energy infrastructure facilities were hit.
This was reported by the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Natalia Zabolotna.
In Vinnytsia, a mobile communications tower, a privately owned warehouse building, windows in multi-storey residential buildings, public transport stops and a car were damaged.
Rescue workers and energy specialists were deployed to deal with the aftermath of the shelling.
The enemy’s air attack is ongoing. Residents of the region are urged not to ignore air-raid alerts and to take care of their own safety.
