Over the past day, Russian forces carried out 699 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia district, six people were injured.
This was reported by Ivan Fedorov, co-chair of the Zaporizhzhia Region Defence Council.
According to him, Russian forces carried out 20 air strikes on Kushuhum, Novorozivka, Odarivka, Zhovta Krucha, Novooleksandrivka, Liubymivka, Novotroitske, Yasna Poliana, Tavriiske, Tersianka, Vilnianka, Vasylivske, Preobrazhenka and Novopavlivka.
A further 486 attacks were carried out using drones of various types, mainly FPV drones. Zaporizhzhia, Vilniansk, Malokaterynivka, Richne, Kushuhum, Komyshuvakha and dozens of other settlements in the region came under attack.
They also recorded 13 strikes from multiple-launch rocket systems on Zarichne, Zhovta Krucha, Tavriiske, Odarivka and Soniachne.
Another 180 artillery strikes hit settlements across the region, including Richne, Veselianka, Stepnohirsk, Orikhiv, Novoandriivka, Huliaipilske, Verkhnia Tersa and others.
In total, 68 reports were received of damage to homes, vehicles and infrastructure facilities.
