The 1,712th day of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. Over the past day, 264 combat clashes were recorded on the front line.
This is stated in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s report.
Overall, over the past day Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 2,100 personnel. One tank, two armoured combat vehicles, 16 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, nine ground robotic systems, 944 unmanned aerial vehicles, 259 vehicles and one piece of the enemy’s specialised equipment were also neutralised.
Yesterday, the enemy’s aircraft carried out 74 air strikes, including dropping 230 guided aerial bombs. The invaders used 6,505 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,533 strikes on populated areas and the positions of our troops.
The settlements of Mala Korchakivka, Zapsillia, Yunakivka, Pysarivka, Korchakivka, Mala Sich, Katerynivka, Pavlivka, Khotin and Vodolahy in Sumy region came under artillery fire. In addition, air strikes hit areas around the settlements of Kyianytsia, Ivolzhanske and Pysarivka in Sumy region.
On the North Slobozhanskyi sector, the invaders attacked seven times in the areas of Bachivsk, Tovstodubove, Korenok, Ulanove and Korchakivka.
On the South Slobozhanskyi sector, Ukrainian units repelled 13 enemy attacks. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of Ternova, Starytsia and Radkivka, as well as towards Zakharivka and Volokhivske.
On the Kupiansk sector, the enemy carried out no assault operations over the past day.
Ten enemy attempts to advance were stopped on the Lyman sector, in the areas of Kopanky, Chervonyi Stav, Shyikivka, Lyman, Zarichne and Donetske.
On the Sloviansk sector, the invaders carried out four attacks in the areas of Ozerne, Yampil and Pyskunivka.
On the Kramatorsk sector, our soldiers repelled two enemy attacks in the areas of Tykhonivka and Malynivka.
On the Kostiantynivka sector, 17 attacks were recorded. The occupiers conducted assault operations in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Novoselivka and Mykolaipillia.
The highest number of assault operations was recorded on the Pokrovsk sector, where our defenders stopped 55 attacks. The enemy attacked in the areas of Serhiivka, Molodetske and Novopavlivka, and also launched assaults towards Sofiivka, Toretske, Kucheriv Yar, Vilne, Dobropillia, Novyi Donbas, Bilytske, Krasnopillia, Virivka, Myrne, Vasylivka, Novopidhhorodne, Novomykolaivka and Biliakivka.
On the Oleksandrivka sector, our soldiers repelled one enemy attack in the area of Ternove.
On the Huliaipole sector, nine attacks by the invaders were repelled in the areas of Ternuvate, Dolynka, Hirke, Charivne and Yehorivka.
On the Orikhiv sector, our defenders repelled two enemy attacks in the area of Pavlivka.
On the Dnipro sector, no active enemy operations were recorded.
On the Volyn and Polissia sectors, the situation remains without significant changes. No signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
