In a letter to the vice-president of the European Commission Maroš Šefčovič, the minister emphasized the important role that the EC should play in de-politicization of gas relations between Ukraine and Russia, and said the ministry’s relations in the gas sector should continue the trilateral format," Director of the Department of Planning and European Integration of the Ministry of Energy Mykhailo Bno-Hayriyan wrote on his Facebook page.
