Over the past days, two Ukrainian soldiers have been killed and two wounded in the Donbas combat zone, the spokesman of the presidential administration for the antiterrorist operation (ATO), Oleksandr Motuzyanyk, told a briefing on Thursday, 19 May.
The two men were shot by snipers, in Stanytsya Luhanska and in Avdiyivka. One of the wounded was blown up by an anti-personnel landmine near Shyrokyne, the second was wounded by shrapnel as a result of an enemy fire attack near Opytne.
On Wednesday, the Luhansk regional administration reported that one Ukrainian soldier was killed by a sniper and another one was wounded in Stanytsya Luhanska.
