The Ukrainian parliament on 5 July dismissed two judges of the Constitutional Court.

Oleksandr Pasenyuk tendered his resignation after he turned 65, the the age limit for a judge. His request was approved by 239 MPs.

Petro Stetsyuk overstayed at the post of a Constitutional Court judge nine years. His dismissal was approved by 241 MPs.

Currently, the Constitutional Court has 16 judges.
