The Central Electoral Commission has decided to cancel polling stations at Ukraine's diplomatic premises in Russia, in particular in Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, St Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.

Ukrainians staying in Russia are offered to cast ballots in Tbilisi, Astana or Helsinki.

Earlier, the Central Electoral Commission of Ukraine cancelled cooperation with its Russian counterparts.

Ukrainians will go to polls on 31 March 2019 to elect president.
