The head of the Kherson military-civil administration Georgy Laguta called to stay calm and not to panic.
"The region's leadership is making every effort to maintain law and order and save lives. The situation remains tense, but we promise to do everything possible to resolve it," it was said in the statement.
The enemy had been attacking cities since yesterday morning.
