The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine stated that the aggressor's fleet had restricted shiping in the Black and Azov Seas.

"The aggressor country's navy closed the area in the north-western part of the Black Sea, ostensibly for a counter-terrorist operation. "The presence of ships and vessels in the area will be regarded as a terrorist threat," - said in a statement issued by the Russian Navy through open channels of shipping security. It should be emphasized that in the north-west of the Black Sea the Ukrainian coast, not the Russian one”,- the State Patrol Service said.

Andriy Klymenko, project manager of the Black Sea Institute for Strategic Studies, said that Black Sea Fleet ships on the 16th International Radio Channel reported that a so-called "counter-terrorist operation" had begun in the Black and Azov Seas.

“The entire area in the northwestern part of the Black Sea, north of the of Snake Island’ parallel No. 45-21, was blocked by a group of ships led by the cruiser “Moscow” with the task of closing the area of the operation," he said. - These ships of the Russian Federation illegally demand from vessels under flags of the different states moving from Odessa, the Danube in the direction of the Bosphorus, and also in the counter - to ports of Ukraine, to stop. The Sea of Azov is completely blocked. Maritime traffic for ships to / from the Ukrainian ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk has been suspended.”

“The situation require reaction from the international organizations”, - said Klymenko. 

To recap, yesterday, the Russian drone attacked Marine Boarder Guard Ship. Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the drone.
