In order to provide more effective defense of the capital and its residents the curfew will be applied from 5 p.m. of the 26th of February till 8 a.m. of the 28th of February.

During the broadcast on Rada channel Klychko's Deputy Head Mykola Povoroznyk specified that prohibition to leave home is effective from 5 p.m of Saturday till 8 a.m; of Monday, it means that for the whole day on Sunday, the 27th of February it is not allowed to walk in the streets of the capital.
It is allowed to leave home only in case of air alert, the only direction that is allowed are the shelters. During this time is it prohibited to use your own transportation means with the exception for those who have special passes.
"All the civilians that will stay outside during the curfew will be considered the members of sabotage and reconnaissance troops of the enemy. I am asking to consider the situation carefully and stay inside", - appealed to the Mayor.
