The parliament is preparing a bill about confiscating the Russian Federation's assets on Ukraine's territory.

It was told by the people's deputy, ex-speaker of Verkhovna Rada, Dmytro Razumkov.

The relevant decision was prepared at the conciliation commission's meeting.

"Also, we have decided to appeal to the UN General Assembly with a request to exclude the Russian Federation from the UN Security Council," – Razumkov added.

He said that the Ukrainian parliament is preparing "an appeal to the European Union about an immediate accession of Ukraine to the EU by a special procedure."

We remind that in the morning, president Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed that Ukraine asks the European Union for immediate accession by a new special procedure. However, features of this procedure yet have not been told.

The Prime Minister of Slovakia, Eduard Geger, had proposed accepting Ukraine in the EU by a new special procedure.
