Belarusian troops entered the Chernihiv region.
It was reported by Suspilne referring to the spokesman of the regional department of the Terrorist Defense Forces "North" Vitaliy Kyrylov.
Chernihiv authorities have said that all exits from the city have been mined.
"Dear friends! The message is especially for those who are developmentally disabled. ALL departures from the city are mined. "Mined" means that there are mines, and you can blow up on them," the mayor Vyacheslav Chaus wrote on Facebook.
Chaus added that Chernihiv is ready for defence.
"Do not endanger yourself and your loved ones. Stay at home or in shelters," the mayor added.
