Specifically, the Russian military hardware and personnel are being destroyed in the suburbs. Ukrainian air reconnaissance is actively spotting the movements of the enemy hardware.
“By a precision artillery strike, our defenders destroyed a Rus armoured vehicle and a Kamaz truck in the village of Staryy Krym near Mariupol,” reports the Ministry.
Meanwhile, the residents of Mariupol are in shock and in a state of panic.
“I don’t understand what’s happening. It’s a total mess. I don’t worry about myself as much as I do about my child whose life is just beginning. I don’t understand what we have done to deserve this,” says a resident of Mariupol.
“Where should we run? Where should we hide?” asks another one.
A doctor trying to save a person’s life comments angrily: “They say they don’t kill civilians. Please show this to Russians and all other assholes. Show it to them!”
Currently, 128 injured are being treated in Mariupol hospitals. Some of them are civilians. The shelling of the city began on 1 March.
