Street fights are happening in Sumy. Local authorities urge residents to stay at home and do not go out to the street, stay away from the windows, says Suspilne.
In Nyzy village, Sumy region, Russian invaders’ equipment, under the white flag, are shooting at civilians, says the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Dmytro Zhyvytskyy.
“Nyzy village, Sumy region, enemy equipment is riding through Nyzy village and its outskirts. Enemy equipment is riding under white flags and shoot down civilians,” - he wrote.
