The Russian occupiers bombed the central hospital in the city of Izyum in the Kharkiv region, as reported on Facebeook by Vice Mayor of Izyum, Volodymyr Matsokin.
"I thought the gates of hell were closed, but apparently not. This is the reception area of our central city hospital. Probably this is another NATO secret base! Patients were climbing out from under the rubble as much as they could,” he wrote.
As reported earlier, the major general of the Russian Federation, Oleg Makovetskiy, gave criminal orders to bomb Ukrainian citizens, and he was fully aware of the nature of the target. The pre-trial investigation identified that the Russian major general gave criminal orders for the mass bombing of Kharkiv and the wider Kharkiv region, including using FAB-500 bombs.
Earlier, on the night of 7 March in Kharkiv, the National Guard detained a Russian pilot from a downed fighter aircraft who was shelling Ukrainian cities. During interrogation, the pilot revealed the name of his head, who had ordered the bombing of civilians.
