The Ministry of Digital Transformation has created the Telegram chatbot “eVoroh”, as reported by the press service of the Ministry.
"Each of you can help our army identify the location of Russian troops in Ukraine. Photograph and videotape the occupiers and their equipment and send footage to the Telegram chatbot via SMARTHONE https://t.me/evorog_bot," said the Ministry.
To send data to the chatbot:
Click “Sign in” and verify your identity through the “Diia” app.
"This is necessary in order to gather reliable information, and so that saboteurs cannot spam using fake photos or videos," the Ministry said.
Choose what you saw - equipment or troops.
Send photo or video confirmation.
Select an oblast (area) and specify the location where the enemy was spotted.
Describe the details of what you saw.
After verification, the data will be sent to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Thanks to your photos and videos, our army will be able to see the enemy's movement in real time and fight it. Help the army - help Ukraine," urged the Ministry.
As reported earlier, on 10 March, the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) increased the number of channels through which citizens can report information on war crimes committed by the Russian occupiers in Ukraine. In addition to the Telegram chatbot, hotlines, e-mail and other messenger platforms have been added.
The cyberpolice have developed a Telegram chatbot to block disinformation groups and channels, and the SSU has launched an information chatbot on WhatsApp.
