It remains highly unlikely that Russia has successfully achieved the objectives outlined in its pre-invasion plan.

At the same time, no significant changes have taken place in the last six hours in the position of our troops and enemy troops.
The total combat losses of Russia in the full-scale war against Ukraine as of 11 March are more than: 12,000 people, 353 tanks, 1,165 combat armored vehicles, 125 artillery systems, 58 volley-fire missile systems, 31 air defenses, 57 aircraft, 82 helicopters, 558 military cars, 3 boats and ships, 60 fuel tanks.
