It remains highly unlikely that Russia has successfully achieved the objectives outlined in its pre-invasion plan.

The Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom tweeted

According to intelligence, Russian ground forces “continue to make limited progress”. Logistical issues that have hampered the Russian advance persist, as does strong Ukrainian resistance.

As stated earlier by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the defense forces are repelling and restraining the offensive operation of the Russian armed forces in all directions as of the morning of 11 March. At the same time, no significant changes have taken place in the last six hours in the position of our troops and enemy troops.

The total combat losses of Russia in the full-scale war against Ukraine as of 11 March are more than: 12,000 people, 353 tanks, 1,165 combat armored vehicles, 125 artillery systems, 58 volley-fire missile systems, 31 air defenses, 57 aircraft, 82 helicopters, 558 military cars, 3 boats and ships, 60 fuel tanks.
