Ukrainian military eliminated the commander of 29th Army of Russian Federation, Major General Kolesnikov

The details of the death of the Russian Major General are unknown yet.

The commander of the 29th Army of the Eastern Military District of the Russian Federation, Major General Andriy Kolesnikov, was killed during the warfare in Ukraine.

The adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the death of the military official.

The military unofficially confirms this information. The President's Office reports that interceptions indicate that Kolesnikov died.

The details of the death of the Russian Major General are currently unknown.

The Eastern military district military army, where Kolesnikov served, includes control units, motorized infantry, artillery, missile, anti-aircraft missile units, special forces, radiation, chemistry and biological protection, electronic warfare, and engineering.

Major General Andrii Kolesnikov was not the first Russian military official to die in Ukraine. At the beginning of the war, the Deputy Commander of the 41st Army, Major General Andriy Sukhovetsky, was killed. The next one was another deputy commander of the 41st Army - Major General Vitaly Gerasimov.

In none of the modern wars has the Russian army suffered such critical losses at the highest levels of command.

During the 12 days of war with the Ukrainian people, the occupiers lost two generals; it is the level of the entire first Chechen war.
