The invaders from Russia were instructed by the leadership to get to "self-sufficiency" till they have next orders due to serious logistical problems of the aggressor. This decision of the Russian army actually legalizes looting.
This was reported by the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Due to the failure of the plan of rapid offensive, the invaders are forced to change tactics. At present, they are unable to provide units with fuel, food, equipment, ammunition and rotation.
The occupiers were allowed to take everything they needed from the local population and rob warehouses, shops and pharmacies.
"So the looting that has swept the world in recent days is not an isolated case. In addition, it is accompanied by numerous serious crimes against civilians, including minors: murder, torture, rape. This is a deliberate policy of terror of the occupying power that is encouraged by its top management,” the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine warns.
It should be noted that in the first days of the war there was a video of looting of Russian soldiers in an office of PrivatBank in the Kherson region and in a store in the Sumy region.
It will be recalled that according to British intelligence, Russian troops have major problems with logistical support.
