Ukraine has several important victories on the diplomatic front. In his video address, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, stated this.
"The first one is, without a doubt, the victory in the information war. We can already say that we have won. Nobody in the world believes in Russian narratives, in Russian attempts to explain this war and justify their aggression," he said.
According to the Minister, the second victory is a change in attitudes towards Ukraine and Ukrainians in the world.
"The most interesting thing is when such paramount changes in the perception of Ukraine and Ukrainians take place in countries that are far from us and as important as the United States. We also work with Asian countries. Now everybody admires our resilience, our sacrifice in defending our country, and this is a victory, "said Kuleba, adding that Ukraine now has the most positive reputation in the world in whole its history.
According to the Minister, the third victory is the strong sanctions that are destroying the Russian economy and the withdrawal of international companies from the Russian market.
"We are knocking out the foundation of the Russian military, the economy. This has far-reaching consequences both for Russia's public feelings and the economic basis of Russian aggression in general. We will continue this pressure together with our partners. New sanctions will be applied: both against Russian oligarchs and politicians and the Russian economy," Kuleba said.
According to the YouGov poll, Americans perceive Ukraine as positively as France, Germany, and Japan.
