A Tavriya car with civilians got run over by a Russian military tank on the highway between the villages of Nesteryanka and Mirne in the Orikhiv district on March 6. The press service of the National Police in the Zaporizhzhia region reported.
The police noted that the car tried to leave the danger zone and stopped on the side of the road.
"As a result of the inhumane crime, two adult men were killed and a minor boy burned to death in the flaming car," - the police press service said.
The identities of the dead are currently being established.
The Investigative Department of the Main Department of National Police Service in the Zaporizhia region initiated criminal proceedings on the grounds of a crime defined in Part 2 of Art. 438 "Violation of the laws and customs of war" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The tank moved the civilian car on February 25 in Kiev on Heroes of Dnieper Street - the driver was saved. Passers-by pulled him out of the car.
