"We have about 1,300 our militaries killed, and Russia - more than 12,000. It is one in ten. I'm not happy that 12,000 of them died. I'm not happy. This is, you know, this is not my vision of the world as a whole; most of them do not know where they came to, "he said.
In addition, Ukraine captured about five or six hundred enemy soldiers.
"Why so many captured - because they came to kill us. First, they are weak. We do not give up; we are on our land. Second, they realized that they were behaving like Nazis. But everyone else who came here and is enjoying the killings - will not walk away on their own. Their bodies will be removed out of here, "- said the president.
Except for the military, Russians kill the civilian population of Ukraine. For example, during the first 12 days of the siege of Mariupol, the enemy killed 1,582 civilians.
