Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov called for a no-fly zone over Ukrainian sky after the Russian attack on the International Center for Peacekeeping and Security, located near Lviv.

He said on Twitter that foreign military instructors work at the Center.

"The information about the victims is being clarified. This is a new terrorist attack on peace and security near the EU-NATO borders. Measures must be taken to stop it. Close the sky!” asked the head of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine.

This morning, Russian troops fired eight missiles at the International Center for Peacekeeping and Security in the village of Starychi. The Center is also known as Yavoriv military base and is located 30 km from Lviv. In addition, Starychi is located 23.15 km from Hrushiv, where a border checkpoint on the border with Poland is located. Poland is a NATO country.
