On March 13, in 24 hours, Ukrainian air defense shot down four enemy aircraft, three helicopters, and a drone, informed the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
According to the report, in one of the strategic zones of the Kyiv region, a group of enemy aircraft of SU-35, SU-34 and SU-25 models were trying to strike Ukrainian defense fortifications. While Ukrainian fighter jets confronted the overwhelming occupants' force, air defense launched anti-aircraft missiles on enemy targets.
"We recorded preliminarily three strikes of enemy's aircraft. Our anti-aircraft missile forces report shooting down three helicopters and one drone. There is good news from Pivnich Operations Commandment, whose air defense shot down another occupant aircraft!" informed MoD.
