"The parties are actively expressing their positions, which have already been clarified. Communication is difficult, but it is happening. The reason for the differences is that we have very different political systems. Ukraine is a free dialogue in society and a mandatory consensus. Russia is the ultimate suppression of its society," he wrote.
Today, on 14 March, the Ukrainian delegation planned a certain summing up of the negotiations. "Negotiations continue non-stop in the format of video conferences. Working groups are constantly working. A large number of issues need constant attention. On Monday, 14 March, a negotiation session will be held to sum up the preliminary results," Mykhailo Podoliak said.
