The occupiers did not have significant success - the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

As of 06:00 am on 15 March, the General Staff stated that the state, position and nature of actions of the defence forces hadn't changed significantly. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are inflicting devastating blows on groups of troops and the rear infrastructure of the occupiers.

In the last 24 hours, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit four helicopters and one plane; a fighter aircraft shot down an enemy cruise missile.

The groups of the occupying forces involved in the offensive operation did not have significant success in all the advance directions. The primary efforts continue to be focused on maintaining the occupied frontiers.

The enemy continues to launch missile and bomb attacks on critical infrastructure and uses a network of health care facilities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to treat wounded personnel. The invaders also continue to use civilian infrastructure to equip firing positions, weapons and military equipment.

According to the available information, the occupiers are forced to suspend communal workers' mobilization due to the inability to support the functioning of institutions and organizations to ensure the livelihood of settlements in the temporarily occupied territories of сertain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The moral and psychological state of the enemy remains low, which leads to the refusal of servicemen of the RF Armed Forces to carry out the orders of the command. Also, according to available information, the occupiers sent mobilized residents from the temporarily occupied territory of some districts of the Luhansk region to replenish the losses of active units of the Russian occupation forces involved in hostilities in Ukraine.

The enemy is trying to capture Mariupol. Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled the attacks of the invaders. The total losses of the enemy amounted to about 150 people, two tanks, seven infantry fighting vehicles and one armoured personnel carrier. Due to the losses, the occupiers stopped the offensive and retreated.

Artillery and aircraft inflicted fire damage on the accumulation of military equipment and enemy convoys on the routes of advance. According to available information, the artillery fire destroyed 12 units of motor vehicles. Battalion tactical groups of the 336th Guards Naval Infantry Brigade and 11th Guards Air Assault Brigade also suffered casualties.

There are no signs of preparation for amphibious warfare in the Black Sea and Azov operational zones.
