The German TV channel ZDF published a video showing a Russian soldier shooting an unarmed civilian.
The video shot from a drone on March 7, 2022 on the E40 highway a few kilometers west of Kyiv was provided to German journalists by a Ukrainian volunteer.

The video shows an unarmed man getting out of the car with his arms raised, being shot at, and then Russian soldiers with characteristic white bandages running to the victim and dragging his body into a ditch.
According to ZDF, a woman and a child were traveling with the victim. The recording shows the Russians taking them out of the car. What happened to them later is unknown. The TV channel ZDF verified the video and confirmed its authenticity.
"Russian President Volodymyr Putin claims that there has been no invasion to Ukraine, that this is a "special operation" against the "neo-Nazis ". According to him, there is no danger for civilians. This report exposes the words of the Russian president in what they have always been - a lie,"- a statement from the new channel reads.
As of March 15, 97 children have died in Ukraine since the start of the war with Russia. The exact number of civilians killed is unknown, with more than 2,000 civilians dead in Mariupol alone.
