Four deputies of the Opposition Platform - For Life left the faction. In addition, the parliament deprived the People's Deputy from the OPFL Ilya Kivu of a deputy mandate.
This was reported to LB.ua by one of the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada [Ukrainian parliament], which is currently sitting.
"Apart from the fact that Kyva was deprived of his mandate, four other deputies of the OPFL left the faction," the parliamentarian said.
Tetiana Plachkova, Oleksandr Feldman, Ihor Abramovych and Vadym Stolar left the faction.
The deputy added that "the parliament votes on the planned bills on the agenda."
At today's sitting the Ukrainian parliament has to make the decision on extension of martial law, tax changes and social questions of protection of the victims of the Russian aggression.
On March 6 the People's Deputy Ilya Kyva was declared a suspect of encroachment on territorial integrity of Ukraine and treason.
On February 24, Ilya Kyva, a deputy from the Opposition Platform – For Life, took part in a broadcast on the Russia-1 propaganda TV channel, in which he addressed the Russians with the words "Ukraine needs to be freed, and we are counting on you."
