The government of Russia decided to amend further war plans for Ukraine due to failure in terms they have expected. Warlords of Russia have realized that the forces and equipment they possess are not enough even to take the temporarily occupied territories under control and to maintain defense.
For the last two weeks, more than 20 russian military plants have stopped production due to a lack of components. According to the General Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular, the russian military R&D enterprise “Vympel” temporarily stopped the production of missiles for airforces.
Occupants recruit officers and soldiers from reserves as they have lost a large amount of staff as killed or injured. They also hire mercenaries from private military companies. Armed forces are being equipped with old and outdated armored vehicles. Russians are stealing civilian trucks and agricultural vehicles.
At the same time, the russian military command relocates weapons and military equipment to Belorussia and Crimea Peninsula. Their goal is to perform the attack towards Kyiv.
“In the Volyn, Podilskyy, Siverskyy directions, the enemy has to refuse to attack and are forced to regroup their army to hold the occupied positions. They continue to scout the territory,” – reported General Staff.
Units of the Armed Forces of Belorussia are used to shield the area of the Belorussia-Ukraine border. Russians take action to block Chernihiv and Slavutych. It is not achievable for them.
In the Slobozhanskyy direction, the enemy continues to block the city of Sumy. There are no active fights on the way to Kharkiv. The enemy concentrated all their firepower to destroy the city.
“In the Isiym direction, the enemy did not succeed. They had suffered losses and retreated to the southern part of the city,” – reports General Staff.
In the Donetsk direction, the enemy continues to apply affords to reach the administrative border of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
In the Southern Bug direction, the enemy holds defense, reinforces, refuels and prepares for new offensive actions.
“Units of Armed Forces of Ukraine hit large landing ships in the port of Berdyansk. As the result, a fire had caught the large landing ship project 1171 [project 1171 – code name for the ship type] and the ammunition exploded,” – reports the General Staff.
Today Ukrainian defenders have destroyed the russian military landing ship “Orsk”, which entered the port of Berdiansk at the beginning of the week. Also, two other ships are damaged. These are the landing ships “Kunikov” and “Novocherkask”. Minimum 11 soldiers were injured and 3 were killed.
Also, the fire caught the landing ship “Saratov”.
