Enemy troops launched two missile attacks at a military target in the suburb of Dnipro city, the Head of the Regional State Administration Valentyn Reznichenko says.
"A fearful night. Two missile strikes at the military base in the suburb of Dnipro. Severe destructions", he says. Rescue teams are now smoldering debris searching for survivors.
