In the Kharkiv region, people cooperating with the occupying forces kidnapped 2 children.
This was reported in the Border Guard Service.
"The invaders were informed that the man had weapons collected at the battlefields. The Russians sent local collaborators to investigate. The expropriators did not find the owner of the house, so in agreement with Russian officers, they took his two underage sons. Their father just went to another village for humanitarian aid to feed his six-month-old grandson, "border guards said.
Collaborators began blackmailing a man who confessed that he had indeed found a machine gun and was ready to give it in exchange for the children.
"Enemy myrmidon replied that they are ready to exchange only one son for one machine gun, or they will have to find a common solution…," the STP added.
On 22 March, the Russian troops opened fire on a children's hospital in Severodonetsk, and on 21 March evacuation buses with children came under fire in the Zaporizhya region.
The Office of the Prosecutor General reported that since the beginning of the full-scale war between Russia and Ukraine, the occupiers have killed 128 Ukrainian children and wounded at least 172.
