As of 8 a.m. on March 27, the situation in most of the regions of Ukraine is relatively quiet, the President’s Office reports. There was combat in the Chernihiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Kyiv regions.
Kyiv region
The night was relatively quiet. The amalgamated communities of Bucha district - Makariv, Bucha, Irpin, Hostomel are still the epicenter of the events. There were shellings and combat in the villages and towns along the Zhytomyr highway.
Chernihiv region
There were a few air raid signals in Chernihiv and the region. The defensive fights were happening around Chernihiv.
In the last day, the Russians were shelling the city's outskirts from a long distance. The damage done is being clarified.
Zhytomyr region
There were air raid signals during the night.
Kirovohrad region
The night was quiet. There were two air raid signals during the night.
Dnipro region
There were air raid sirens during the night. It has been quiet in the morning.
Sumy region
The night passed relatively quietly.
Kharkiv region
Kharkiv: the occupiers’ long-distance shellings continued this night. They also shelled “Nuclear Source” nuclear subcritical assembly in the evening. The damages were not yet assessed.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue the “clean up” of the liberated territories in the Kharkiv region.

There were two missile shellings of Lviv in the evening. The fuel storage base and armored tank plant were damaged due to the shellings.

Rivne region
The eve before, there was a missile strike on the fuel storage. The fire was localized, and the losses are being assessed. There were no victims.
Chernivtsi
There were air raid signals in the evening. Everything is quiet.
Ivano-Frankivsk
The night was quiet.
Luhansk region
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to fight the Russian army out of Rubizhne and Popasna, where the occupiers have partially gained a foothold. There is street combat in some of the districts of these cities. In Popasna, the enemy tried to storm the city with the support of the artillery. However, they suffered losses. The Russian shellings damaged a village school near Lysychansk, the infrastructure of the ambulance station in Severodonetsk, and two wholesale warehouses.
Russians’ actions injured two people; four more were saved from the rubble.
Donetsk region
The situation mostly did not change in the main directions. This is why people report that “night was relatively quiet.”
Russians shelled Svitlodarska amalgamated community during the night: in Zaitseve (Zhovanka), the grass and rush caught fire. Some of the non-residential buildings were damaged. The locals put out the fire themselves. There were no people injured.
Mykolaiv region
The night was quiet, apart from the air raid signals across the whole region.
Kherson region
The heavy fighting in Novovorontsovka amalgamated community, taken by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, continues. There are shellings from both sides.
The fighting also continues in the districts located near the Mykolaiv region, specifically in Stanislav and Velyka Oleksandrivka. The information on the damages and casualties is being clarified.
Odesa
There was one air-raid signal during the night and one in the morning.
Yesterday, on March 26, the Ukrainian military liberated the town of Trostianets in the Sumy region and the Vilkhivka village in the Kharkiv region.
