The Russian occupiers burned down a checkpoint in Sumy region, trying to provoke and film propaganda material for the Russian media.
This was announced by the head of Sumy RMA Dmytro Zhyvytskyi in a video message concerning regional events on Tuesday, 29 March.
“There was a provocation at the Ryzhivka checkpoint in Sumy region, where the orcs (orcs – the Russian occupiers) set up their armored personnel carriers and blew them up. They did it on their own. And they allegedly burned the Ukrainian border checkpoint on the border with the orcs in order to take revenge on the Ukrainians," Zhyvytskyi said.
Earlier on the same day, the Russians partially destroyed and looted a chocolate factory in Trostyanets.
