Panic is spreading among the personnel of the russian army because of the radiation exposure of its units stationed in the Chornobyl zone, General Staff reported in its consolidated report.

"The population of the Belarusian settlement of Bragin was recommended to avoid contacts with the russian occupiers who withdrew from the contaminated zone," the Ukrainian General Sfaff mentioned.

The situation with the russian invasion, according to the General Staff, is as follows:

  • In the Siversk direction, russian units continue to move away from the Ukrainian state border into the territory of Belarus. Much of the military equipment is damaged and is being towed;

  • The so-called "evacuation" of civilian vehicles stolen by the russians in Hostomel, Irpin, Bucha, and Ivankov continues. Marauders of the Russian occupation forces try to send the plundered property to relatives from the territory of Belarus using SDEK express delivery service;

  • In Slobozhanshchyna, the aggressor blocked the exit from the town of Buryn. A large concentration of military equipment is observed in the settlement. The blockade of Putyvl in Sumy region continues. Enemy checkpoints surround the city. And in the village of Yuryevo, Sumy region, the occupiers are conducting raids to census the population and search for weapons;

  • In the Donetsk direction, russia is trying to take over Mariupol, block Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, Popasna, Troitske, Avdiivka, Maryinka, and Krasnohorivka. The occupiers have no success; they suffer losses;

  • In the South Bug direction, the situation has not changed significantly. Rumors are spreading among the population of unrecognized Transnistria that the so-called Transnistrian Armed Forces were forcibly tasked to take part in the war against Ukraine;

  • In the Primorsky direction, the occupying forces continue filtering measures in the temporarily occupied settlements.

"The defense forces continue to destroy enemy troops and liberate Ukrainian territories. Due to significant losses, enemy personnel have been demoralized, which, in turn, affects the quality of execution of their tasks," the General Staff emphasized.
