Russian invaders continue to conduct full-scale armed aggression against our state. As of 18:00 on Sunday, 3 April 2022, the russians began to withdraw their units from the Sumy area.

The General Staff of the UAF (Armed Forces of Ukraine) suggested that the russian invaders, having not achieved the operation's goal in some areas, decided to abandon the idea of the attack in the Siversk and partially Slobozhansk directions.

According to the General Staff, in the Siversk region, russian occupying forces are withdrawing their units to the territory of Belarus. The Board Guards of the Republic of Belarus do not conduct any control, not even radiation one. The occupiers continue to take looted vehicles and other property from Ukraine to Belarus without any obstruction.

The situation in the Slobozhansk direction did not change significantly during the day.

In the Donetsk direction, the Russian occupiers are taking measures to regroup and strengthen the existing troops. Thus, there is a confirmation that some units of the 37th separate assault brigade (Cherniakhovsk, Kalininhrad region) are being transferred to the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"Russians' violation of the norms of International Humanitarian Law is confirmed daily; numerous civilian casualties are found in liberated settlements. We document all facts and submit them to international judicial institutions. War crimes have no statute of limitations, so justice is inevitable," - the General Staff said.

Earlier it was reported that a small number of occupiers remained in the liberated territories, hiding or trying to flee abroad.
